foodies rejoice
Just opened in August, Justin Neidermeyer's Spinasse is the newest addition to Capitol Hill's already impressive list of cafes and restaurants.
Located in the former Globe Café space at 14th Avenue and Pine Street, the Italian restaurant features communal-style or bar seating and a weekly rotating,
family-style menu. Neidermeyer has been called a pasta genius (by just about every foodie blogger on the Internet) and a cult pasta star (by FoodandWine.com).
Early reviews have been downright gushing. Visit spinasse.com.
