construction update
Construction on the 10th Avenue building is nearing the finish line. Look for the sidewalks to be poured and landscaping planted along 10th Avenue East later this month. The Broadway building’s brick work has been completed and the final windows are being installed. Move-in for the 10th Avenue building and the Broadway retail space is expected in mid-September. The Broadway building will follow later this fall. Stop by to tour the fully furnished Brownstone model. More details...
