• Model Home Premier. Saturday & Sunday, June 7th & 8th. Join us for the opening of our 10th Avenue model home! Tours leave the sales office hourly from 11-4, all weekend long.

• New Sales Center Grand Opening. This summer the presentation center is moving to it's new location in the Brix building on Broadway. Stay tuned for more details.

• The Shops at Brix - Official Opening. Café Vicace, Dilettante's Mocha Martini Bar and Hour Eyes Optical will open their doors this summer. Grand Opening dates will be announced soon.

construction update

The 10th Avenue building is nearing completion and the first model home will be ready to preview on June 7th. On Broadway, the brick façade is almost finished and the last of the windows are being installed. Move-in is expected in late summer for the 10th Avenue building and early fall for Broadway.

rumors of Poppy

Everyone is excited about Jerry Traunfeld's (formerly of Herbfarm) new restaurant - Poppy - which is taking up residence just steps from Brix at 622 Broadway E. An opening date has not yet been confirmed, but stay tuned. We'll keep you updated as we know more.

SIFF comes to the Hill

May 22- June 15. Featuring 419 films from 69 countries, the Seattle International Film Festival is monumental. Three Capitol Hill theatres are part of the action - Harvard Exit, the Egyptian and the Northwest Film Forum - and will feature films like Jackie Chan's 1980 directorial debut "The Young Master" and Britain's "When Did You Last See Your Father?" starring Colin Firth. pride parade & festival

Pride weekend is a time where people from all walks of life come together to celebrate diversity. Events start June 18 and build-up to the Pride March on Sunday, June 29, at 11am. This year's March starts downtown at Union Street and continues on 4th Avenue to Seattle Center. The festivities continue there with DJs, beer gardens, comics, drag queens and family entertainment.
